Jeanine M. Falcon, Owner, Falcon Leadership Consulting, LLC

Jeanine's professional background and experience in leadership development training and coaching spans over 25 years in the for profit and nonprofit sectors. Jeanine is a trusted consultant with expertise in providing Leadership Development Training, Performance Coaching, and Strategic Human Resources.  

Jeanine is solution-oriented in her work with clients. She possesses a unique combination of professional and educational experiences that allow for impactful, results driven partnerships with clients. Through professional positions, which include executive roles in Sales, Customer Service and Human Resources, and her current work as Owner of Falcon Leadership Consulting LLC, she is adept at creating customized programs that fit employee and client needs.

Jeanine's leadership has been acknowledged through numerous awards and recognitions organizationally and personally. Some of these include the Triad Business Leader Women Extraordinaire Award, the NC SHRM Innovative Workplace Award and the Greensboro Area Chamber of Commerce Change Agent Award.

Prior to her entry into the private sector, Jeanine spent a decade as a university student affairs professional with experience in developing leadership initiatives, teaching, and conducting diversity workshops and trainings at the state and national levels.

Education: Jeanine holds two degrees from Kent State University; a BS in Education and the M.Ed. in Human/Student Development and Learning. She also holds an Ed.S. in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  She has served as adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, High Point University, and Greensboro College.  Academic areas included leadership development, human resource management and nonprofit human resource management.

Community Involvement: Jeanine is an active community volunteer and currently serves on the boards of the National Conference for Community and Justice of the Piedmont Triad, Inc., Guilford Green Foundation Advisory Board, and Triad Health Project.  Prior service includes the Wake Forest University Center for Worker Health Advisory Committee, the Woman's Resource Center of Greensboro Board of Directors, the YWCA Greensboro Board of Directors and the City of Greensboro Area Chamber of Commerce Operating Board.  She is a graduate of Leadership Greensboro, Other Voices and has served as a Core Group Facilitator for Impact Greensboro.
